According to a new report by Point2 Homes, price tags for luxury homes remains sky high despite a cooling market.
It may come as a shock to anyone not familiar with Vancouver's housing market, but that the most expensive residential property for sale in Canada right now is essentially a condo.
This $38-million penthouse situated atop the Fairmont Pacific Hotel in downtown Vancouver took the title as Canada's most expensive home.
Three other B.C. homes joined this property in the report's top 10.
One in Surrey and one in Bute Inlet, both going for $28,800,000, and another one listed for sale Whistler with a price tag of $25,900,000.
