Have you ever dreamed of being at the helm of your own resort?
Well, that dream could be a reality for someone with very deep pockets as Fairmont Hot Springs Resort near Invermere has hit the market.
The unique investment opportunity has been listed by Mark Lester of Colliers International who confirmed to NowMedia that the price tag will be around $50 million.
The centrepiece of the unincorporated community of Fairmont Hot Springs, the resort features a wide variety of amenities on more than 1,200 acres of land that includes plenty of room for development.
It’s Canada’s largest natural mineral hot springs with over 1.2-million gallons of fresh hot mineral water flowing through the resort’s pools daily.
With a main lodge, cabins and cottages, there are 151 guest rooms at the four-season resort that offers 45 holes of golf in the summer and a ski hill with 14 runs and two terrain parks in the winter.
There’s also an RV park with 190 sites with the ability to expand that offering.
You can check out the property’s brochure through the Colliers International website.
