The Fall Travel Show at Kelowna airport from 10 am to 2 pm today is designed to help you turn those dreams into reality.
The show, which is actually held at the KF Aerospace Centre for Excellence right beside Kelowna International Airport at 5800 Lapointe Drive, is free to attend.
There will be booths manned by airlines, travel agents, hotels and resorts and hospitality experts to provide information and information and share the latest travel tips and trends.
“Whether embarking on an adventure or escaping to a warm getaway, new destinations and increased travel options at YLW have never made travelling easier,” said Sam Samaddar, CEO of Kelowna International Airport.
“The travel show is a wonderful opportunity for Okanagan residents to connect with local travel experts and help plan their next getaway.”
Kelowna is lucky to have non-stop flights to 7 sun destinations this fall, winter and spring.
WestJet launches flights between Kelowna and Cancun and Puerto Vallarta on Oct. 26, on Oct. 30, non-stops start to Phoenix and Las Vegas, on Oct. 31, flights start to Los Cabos and on Dec. 16 to Mazatlan.
Alaska Airlines starts flying daily between Kelowna and Los Angeles on Dec. 18.
In all, nine airlines fly to 21 non-stop destinations from Kelowna, including Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Victoria, Seattle, Prince George, Cranbrook, Comox, Nanaimo, Winnipeg, Regina, Saskatoon, Toronto and Montreal.

Raffle proceeds from the event will benefit the YLW Scholarship Fund, supporting aviation and aerospace students conducting their studies in the Okanagan.
Free parking will be available at YLW, and shuttles will be provided to transport attendees to the KF Aerospace Centre for Excellence.
