PHOTOS: The world’s largest sailing yacht draws crowds on Vancouver Island

A boat is currently standing out from the rest at the Mill Bay Marina.

The largest single-masted yacht ever built has been docked at the marina this week, drawing crowds eager to snap a few photos.

The vessel is worth an estimated $50 million USD, and photos of the interior show luxurious finishes, plenty of lounge spaces, a library, a bar and more.

According to Boat International, the Mirabella V was built in 2004 and is 75 metres long.

The vessel even has a float plane on its rear deck.

The marina says it can accommodate super-yachts of up 91 metres, or 300 feet.
