Vancouver Canucks fans will still be able to listen to their favourite team from anywhere in B.C. this season.
The team signed a new five-year radio broadcast agreement with Roger’s Media in March, leading to the creation of Sportsnet 650 in Vancouver.
Fans in Vancouver were still covered, but those who live outside of the Lower Mainland were left wondering what station the games would be broadcasted on in smaller markets.
Those questions were finally answered when Sportsnet announced the 24 stations across B.C. that will be carrying Canucks games this season.
Despite the move from Bell to Roger’s, some of the stations carrying Canucks games this year are Bell owned, including Kelowna’s AM 1150.
