Given all that’s going on in the world, the first two weeks of the NFL’s 2020 season have seemingly gone off without a hitch.
Many had their doubts on whether the league could run a successful season during a pandemic, but the NFL appears to be taking COVID-19 very seriously.
If you want proof, just look at the fines that were handed down on Sunday for coaches not properly wearing their masks.
Pete Carroll, Kyle Shanahan and Vic Fangio fined $100K each for not wearing masks during Sunday's games, per @AdamSchefter

The NFL handed down $100,000 fines to each of Seattle’s Pete Carroll, San Francisco’s Kyle Shanahan and Denver’s Vic Fangio for not wearing their masks properly or at all times.
In addition, each coach’s team was levied a $250,000 fine.
That’s a total of $1,050,000 in punishments, which comes one week after the league sent a memo to teams reinforcing its face covering rules for coaches.
There could be more fines handed down as well, as New England’s Bill Belichick, Las Vegas’ Jon Gruden and New Orleans' Saints all were spotted without their masks on during the final two games of the week.
All of these head coaches make a lot of money to do what they do, but you’d have to assume that they’ll figure out the mask rules pretty quickly if they’re facing $100,000 fines each week.
