Milder temperatures are in the forecast for Kamloops

After seeing the mercury plummet to -18 a couple times over the last month, temperatures closer to 0 degrees will surely be welcomed by Kamloops residents over the weekend.

Overnight Thursday, Kamloops will see a low -5 Friday will being a high of -1 and a low of -3, with a 60% chance of flurries overnight. Environment Canada says temperatures could creep back into the positive digits on Saturday, with a high of 1 and a low of -1.

Sunday and Monday will see highs of 0, with a 60% chance of of flurries overnight on Monday and into Tuesday, when temperatures will reach highs of -1. Temperatures are predicted to fall to -4 overnight Tuesday before Wednesday sees another high of -1.
