It’s been quite the journey for SweetLegs Clothing Inc. since the apparel company was founded in Lake Country a decade ago.
SweetLegs was created by husband and wife duo Chris and Addie Pafiolis in 2014, with their primary focus being body positive and inclusive apparel.
"What was once just an idea at our kitchen table is now a product that encourages our customers to celebrate their individuality and feel confident and beautiful,” Addie explains. “That’s what makes this all worthwhile."
Rather than hiring professional models to showcase their product, SweetLegs hires local women in an effort to build an authentic and diverse image of beauty.
While the brand has grown significantly in its first decade in business, Chris, Addie and the rest of the team remain dedicated to that same mission.
“With every product we design and every customer we touch, we get to spread a positive message whilst also supporting the growth of our talented team, without whom we wouldn’t be here today,” Chris notes.
To mark their 10th anniversary, SweetLegs is inviting the Okanagan community to a celebration event at their flagship store in Lake Country on Friday, April 12.
The company is also launching its Ambassador Program next week, offering a unique opportunity for influencers to represent the brand while creating another avenue for income.
