Kamloops residents who live near or like to visit Kenna Cartwright Park are advised that BC Hydro will be performing some routine maintenance in the area.
Crews will be conducting routine right-of-way maintenance on their transmission power line corridor that runs through the park – this will include mechanical and vegetation removal.
There will be signage at road and trail intersections to ensure the public and crews stay safe.
Personnel will be in the area to direct and ask park users to stay clear of working crews and equipment.
This project will begin Jan. 24 and is expected to finish by approximately Feb. 18, 2022.
If you have any specific questions regarding this maintenance, you can contact Jason Labonte at (250)319-6455.
