Kamloops movie fundraiser rescheduled for Sunday

The Kamloops Moonlight Movie Night fundraiser has been rescheduled.

After being postponed due to the wildfire situation in the Thompson-Nicola Regional District in August, Interior Savings is now set to host the screening of The Super Mario Bros. Movie on Sunday at Prince Charles Park.

All proceeds from the event will support The Chris Rose Therapy Centre for Autism, which provides services for individuals with autism spectrum disorders.

Interior Savings recommends donating $3 per person or $10 per family attending the event.

Gates open at 6 pm, and the movie will begin at dusk.

Event-goers are encouraged to bring a warm blanket and a sweater.
